I’ve always been drawn to the idea of influencing outcomes, which is what led me to a career in sales. Early on, I became passionate about deal strategy and building effective sales plays that moved the needle. Over time, I leveraged that strategic mindset to not only close complex deals, but to build high-performing sales teams and help organizations scale.

Today, I work with companies that are ready to take a more intentional approach to sales strategy, planning, and leadership development. Whether it's designing a scalable go-to-market plan, refining deal execution, or equipping sales managers with the skills they need to lead, I bring hands-on experience and proven frameworks to help organizations grow with confidence.
